Refund Window

All purchases made through Paddle are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original transaction.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds must be requested through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

You can submit a request using the “View Order” / “Need help?” links provided on your Paddle receipt.

No Additional Conditions

LoginWA does not impose any extra requirements, qualifiers, or exceptions for refunds.

Refunds follow Paddle’s buyer protections.
