Welcome to LoginWA (“we”, “us”, “our”). LoginWA provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables WhatsApp-based authentication and OTP verification for websites and mobile applications.

By accessing or using the LoginWA website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Legal Business Name

LoginWA is the legal trading name under which we operate and offer our services.

2. Services

LoginWA provides API-based authentication tools, widgets, and SDKs that allow developers to implement WhatsApp OTP login for their applications.

3. Billing & Payments

Payments for LoginWA subscriptions and add-ons are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

You agree that Paddle will handle payment processing, invoicing, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

4. Refund Policy

LoginWA offers a 7-day refund window for all paid plans.

Refunds are available under the following condition:

• You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

No additional conditions or exceptions apply.

Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle via the link provided on your invoice or directly through Paddle’s customer support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LoginWA for spam, fraud, unauthorized messaging, or any activity that violates WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies or applicable laws.
